Card on File Requirement: A valid credit or debit card is required to book all appointments. Cards are not charged at booking and are only used if this policy is violated, to protect our stylists from loss of income.

Why We Require a Card on File: Appointments reserve dedicated time that cannot be replaced last-minute. Our time, talent and preparation for guests appointments are invaluable. This policy protects our stylists from loss of income and allows us to maintain fairness, professionalism, and availability.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

24+ hours notice: No charge. Less than 24 hours' notice: 50% of the scheduled service total will be charged to the card. Guests may not rebook their next appointment until that charge is paid.
